Short description of project design and construction material

Minimum standards planned for installation of particular construction materials:

Facade: thermo-facade with 8 centimeters of foam insulation

Exterior doors and windows: PVC six-chamber profile window, produced by “Gelan” in Germany with original aluminum shutters and thermo-glasses.

Stairs: stairs foot and steps made of polished stone “granite”

Elevators: All buildings are equipped with elevators starting from garages. New elevator types are planned to be installed, of “Schindler” brand name, Switzerland. Proper elevator maintenance is provided, installation of engines providing safe elevator stopping at nearest floor, doors open even in case of electricity cut off, quite silent while operating…

Heating and air conditioning system: All flats will be equipped with individual electric central heating with thermostat system, and air conditioners.

Security system: All entrance doors are “armoured doors” 7 centimeters thick, automatic locks to all entrance doors plus intercom.

Infrastructure connectors: Besides usual standard connectors (electricity, water, telephone), all flats have cable TV connectors, in living-rooms and bedrooms. Novelty is water meter installed in each flat.

Floors: “Floating floor” is planed to be put with 2 centimeters of styrodur and bamboo parquet.

Ceramics: a couple of first-class ceramic types will be presented to buyers to choose.

Garages and parking lots: Sufficient numbers of garage lots are provided inside the complex.

Social life and recreation facilities: Within the complex yard, there is enough space for mini indoor swimming-pool, kindergarten, gym…In the ground floor of all buildings of this complex are business premises suitable for any kind of business.

Price and terms of payment

Price:

Flat price in pre-construction period is 1900KM for 1m2

Price is changeable.

Business premises price is 2500KM for 1m2

Terms of payment:

Minimal payment as a contract making condition is 30% of the full price of flat/business premises. After the payment, reservations are to be made.

Time limit of construction completion

Intended completion date to finish the project is May 2009
