Stock company “NEIMARSTVO” got its reputation mostly by building and reconstruction of facilities of various purposes:residential facilities, business premises, workrooms, bridges, roads, versatile trade centers, sports and recreation facilities, schools and hospitals

Business-logistic center

Today, “NEIMARSTVO” has the following modern units within its business and logistic centre in Trebinje: Quarry with separation and complete mechanization, Two concrete factories, Production of concrete prefabs, Production-mechanization basis (the efficiency and total capacity is reinforced, firstly by the repair and modernization of the old machines, and then by the purchase of new, modern ones, as well as adequate architectural equipment). As a part of its business structure, NEIMARSTVO started firms which deal with: metal constructions, locksmith’s trade, PVC and Aluminum locksmith’s trade, Production of made-to-measure furniture, Carving and installation of stone accessories

Market and financial success

Our company systematically, meticulously and with extreme responsibility planes every task, and as a proof of this is the presence of NEIMARSTVO on competitive-dynamic markets outside the borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina, such as neighboring Serbian and Montenegrin markets. In 2007 we made new contacts and business projects in Croatia and Libya. We also successfully and with great confidence cooperate with business banks, so that offering guarantees or getting credits does not represent a problem for years.

The successful management of our company is a result of rising trend in business, followed by a continuous financial stability, especially during the last few years. It is our pleasure to point up that the total turnover in our company in 2007 was twenty times bigger than in 2004, with rising tendency.

Management

On the head of the company is the board of stockholders. Together with the administrative committee and the manager of the company, the teams of experts work on every project. Through team work, they quickly find best solutions even for highly sophisticated designing and technological requirements.

Logistic support for the complex architectural practice is: Agency for projects with all requisite licenses for work, Economic-financial office, Office for legal matters, Catering sector

Dispersion

Within the stock company “NEIMARSTVO”, except the parent firm in Trebinje, are three registered subsidiaries:

-In Serbia:  “Neimarstvo international”– Belgrade,

-In Montenegro: “Neimarstvo Trebinje - PJ Herceg Novi”,

-In Libya: “Al-Mimari” –Tripoli

Registration of a subsidiary in Croatia is in process.

The business-production center in Trebinje today employs over two hundred workers, mostly in architecture work group, then in industrial process with heavy machinery, then in logistic, expert and catering service.

Management of NEIMARSTVO strives to enable every worker to express his creativeness and working competence. The image of our company is, among other things, providing proper working conditions. Some employees claim that they are excellent.
